Cécile Caillet and her team welcome you to the beautiful dining room of this 18th century building.

The charm of the old beams typical of old Norman houses and the warmth of the large fireplace in the entrance hall meet with the more contemporary furniture in soft tones, in association with works of art by Jean-Pierre Lartisien.

The harmony is perfect, and you'll immediately feel at home in this refined, welcoming atmosphere.

The Chef imagines and creates his cuisine in the heart of the Normandy countryside, in a green setting.

At the heart of it all is the produce. Quality local produce, with authentic flavours and respect for the natural rhythm of the seasons.

Plants are at the heart of Pierre Caillet's cuisine: fruit, vegetables and aromatic plants from the Maison Caillet kitchen garden are the origin and source of inspiration for the Michelin-starred chef.

Pierre's cuisine is tainted with poetry, and surprising combinations that take guests on a journey.

The Chef is deeply attached to the feeding nature of the natural world and has always worked in accordance with a vital respect for the environment.

He therefore commits himself every day to making cooking creativelty rhyme with responsibility, without losing any of the pleasure he derives from his work - quite the opposite, in fact.

A virtuous Cooking

Pierre Caillet and the entire team at Maison Caillet strive to reduce the restaurant's environmental impact and carbon footprint. Their cuisine is based on seasonal, local produce, with a strong emphasis on plants.

The vast majority of the vegetables, herbs, flowers and fruit used in the cooking come from our kitchen garden.

What's more, the seafood we select comes from sustainable fisheries.

Finally, the Maison Caillet promotes environmentally friendly practices (recycling, composting, waste recovery, energy saving, etc.).
