The charm of the old beams typical of old Norman houses and the warmth of the large fireplace in the entrance hall meet with the more contemporary furniture in soft tones, in association with works of art by Jean-Pierre Lartisien.

Plants are at the heart of Pierre Caillet's cuisine: fruit, vegetables and aromatic plants from the Maison Caillet kitchen garden are the origin and source of inspiration for the Michelin-starred chef.

A virtuous Cooking
Pierre Caillet and the entire team at Maison Caillet strive to reduce the restaurant's environmental impact and carbon footprint. Their cuisine is based on seasonal, local produce, with a strong emphasis on plants.
The vast majority of the vegetables, herbs, flowers and fruit used in the cooking come from our kitchen garden.
What's more, the seafood we select comes from sustainable fisheries.
Finally, the Maison Caillet promotes environmentally friendly practices (recycling, composting, waste recovery, energy saving, etc.).
